Our platform allows you to submit requests via a task/project management system. Each client receives their own project, where tasks are created, files are uploaded, and communication happens via chat. Additionally, you will have access to a dashboard that gives you an overview of progress and tasks.
Are there services you do not offer?
Yes, we do not cover physical security, forensic investigations, or real-time monitoring. However, we can recommend trustworthy partners or help you find the right experts for these services.
Do you offer refunds if I am dissatisfied with the service?
Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring your full satisfaction with our support and consulting services.
